Compilation 001 is the result of six months of collaborative work, journaling, list making, translation, individual production and laughing together over Zoom among the members of S.E.M. collective. It is the first in what we hope will be a long series, released bi-monthly, as a way to put our creative work directly into the hands of you, the enthusiast/fan/groupie/collector, in a way that gives you an intimate and personal experience with our art that would not be possible in a gallery.

This collection of work grows out of our necessarily domestic experiences as the pandemic has evolved and our attempts to reach out across virtual space to breach the isolation through shared communion in art. We hope that this Compilation transmits some of the joy, introspection, whimsy and solace we have found in creating it.
