We are very excited to announce our upcoming show "Entangled Memories" at the University of Central Missouri Gallery of Art & Design in January 2023! We will be offering students a workshop and artist talk and there will be a public reception Tuesday Jan.23rd from 4-6pm with a special performance at 4pm.
"Entangled Memories" explores common themes of identity, alienation, femininity, belonging and interdependence utilizing a wide range of media. The work made for this show encompasses ceramics, video, soundscapes, paper cutting, fiber art, painting and performance, foregrounding traditional feminine modes of making. It brings together individual works that predate our collective and new works that grow out of our collaboration, placing them in conversation and creating new meanings in juxtaposition.
